07 February 2022 – Monday – Bus tour and Catamaran Cruise along the coast at USHIAIA.

After we landed our bags were transferred to RESOLUTION and we headed off on a bus tour and catamaran cruise along the Ushuaia Coast. We had a very nice lunch a took a number of memorable photos as seen below:

Why is Ushuaia famous?

Ushuaia is one of Argentina’s top destinations, and for good reason. This beautiful city, perched dramatically between the Martial mountains, the bay and the Beagle Channel, is popular for its sheer beauty, spectacular marine wildlife, and for its acclaim as the city at the End of the World.

  5. Was that Harberton estancia? If so, what an incredible history as written about in E. Lucas Bridges’s book Uttermost Part of the Earth. I did that same trip before I met up with Steve on Threshold when they arrived after a week long slog from Buenas Aires to Ushuaia on Christmas Eve 2018.
    I loved Ushuaia!!! You all look like you’ve started the adventure off in fine style🍻🍷👍
